Buba Art Legal Policies & Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026 | Jurisdiction: UK (England & Wales)

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of physical goods and digital downloads from our website. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these legally binding terms.

1. GENERAL & STORE OVERVIEW

This website is operated as a UK-based e-commerce store offering both physical goods and digital downloads.

Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the store owners. Access to and use of this website are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices.

2. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT

Contract Formation: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item or create a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your physical item or issue a confirmation link for your digital download.

Pricing: All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP £) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct typographical errors without prior notice.

Payment Processing: Full payment must be authorized and processed at checkout prior to order fulfillment.

3. PHYSICAL GOODS & SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch physical goods in accordance with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Shipping delays resulting from third-party courier disruption or postal service delays are outside our direct control.

4. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & LICENSING

Digital downloads are delivered electronically upon confirmation of payment. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the digital files. Resale, reproduction, or distribution of digital materials is prohibited.

5. USER REVIEWS & CONTENT SUBMISSIONS

When you submit product reviews or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to publish and share that content across our website and marketing channels. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or off-topic submissions.
